Carbon Management Inc's (CMI)
Pyrolytic Gasification Biomass Processors
"Waste to energy!!!" Get familiar with this new term. You will be hearing a lot more about this in the near future. CMI's process is based on our ground breaking pyrolisis technology which has limitless applications.
CMI pyrolytic gasification is the commercial realization of a process called "Pyrolisis." Pyrolosis is waste conversion into coke, carbon, crude-oil, syn-gases (methane, steam and heat) and electricity. Pyrolisis is real; it works, and has been operating in many testing facilities or years. We currently have 7 projects in in the permitting and construction phases in the US, as well as several with foreign governments.
CMI Pyrolytic Gasification does just what its name implies; it takes carbon based municipal waste (MSW), agricultural waste, human waste, biological/medical waste, used tires even plastics, and reduces it down to it's most common elements; carbon, crude oil and syn-gases. We can then process these basic bio-fuels, through a series of proprietary techniques, and convert it to many other valuable fuels such as bio-diesel, gasoline, and jet fuel. We also use the waste steam and heat from an average size processor, to produce up to 10mW's of electricity.
Imagine eliminating all landfills; turning those piles of used tires into energy and saleable by-products; or, by erecting the plant at the landfill or dump site, eliminating transportation costs – no more $4.50 per gallon diesel fuel or costly disposal contracts!
The CMI Pyrolytic Gasification process is clean and efficient; it is fast, and it can be cascaded to process as much waste as necessary. The plant has a very small footprint, 50,000 square feet for an average facility. The operating costs are very low, and a fraction of the by-products can be used to generate the energy required to power the entire system.
An average plant can process 200 to 300 tons of waste per day turning it into high quality activated carbon, crude-oil (diesel #4) and enough methane, steam and heat to continually power a 10 megawatt low BTU gen-set.
Equity JV partnerships are available for qualified investors and the capital outlay is modest. Our technology is approximately half the cost of other WTE companies. $2.25m per megawatt. An average site cost around $15-$20 million USD with and ROI of under 3 years with substantial profits accrued therafter.
We are also actively seeking joint ventures with waste facilities, municipalities, and local and foreign governments. Municipal and site development financing is available.
CMI's Pyrolytic Gasification is the future, and the future is NOW!

Upcoming Projects
Byron Hot Springs
A Planet Friendly Project that will be developed with a clear vision for the property, we plan to create an eco-friendly resort area. When done the site will be a shining example of “sustainable tourism.”
Famagusta, Cyprus
Our first international carbonization unit will be a part of International Biodiesl Inc's fuel refinery in Northern Cyprus. We will use the biodiesel feedstock pressings to further produce other bio-fuels, including bio-carbon, methane, and bio-crude.
