The D-Fowler ProcessTM; Waste Water & Desalinization

The D-Fowler ProcessTM is a unique and proven ultrasonic water purification technology. Our process negates all pathogens, vectors and viruses and has many advantages over current water treatment technologies in use today. Our complete processing unit costs significantly less than current water treatment technologies, it uses extremely low energy consumption, and has a footprint 1/10 the size of existing waste water treatment facilities. The D-Fowler ProcessTM is a non digestion, non chlorinated, water treatment process. Since we are not destroying the helpful nutrients and minerals with chlorine as current technologies do, our process is less expensive and has the added advantage of producing saleable by-products which create additional revenue streams. Our technology assimilates particulates from any effluent stream using proprietary binders and separation methods. This process, combined with our site specific binders, can be custom configured to clean numerous variant effluent streams, quickly and efficiently. The next step uses our patented decanting and centrifugal technologies to produce a 40 to 50% particulate cake. This solid particulate cake immediately meets all landfill standards, but more importantly is an excellent base compound for Class A, Bio-Solid Fertilizer. This particular type of fertilizer often sells commercially for approximately $400 per ton. At his point in the process, all water produced is considered agricultural grade water (Title 22 CA Standards). Our technology does the “heavy lifting” by cleaning the waste stream to about 98% purity. We can then accompany it with available, low cost water polishing technologies, to produce clean, drinkable, quality water.

This same process can be duplicated with an additional proprietary binding process, to remove salt from ocean or brackish water. The by-product produced can then be processed into many forms of usable salts including table salt. The D-Fowler ProcessTM is by far the most effective, sustainable and affordable waste or desalinization water technology available to date.
